History Squad at Cambridge University

Our presentations & lectures for the GCSE history masterclass at Pembroke College, Cambridge went down a storm last week.  From a quick flick through the evaluation forms, there were lots of "Excellents" and "Goods" with a couple of them adding their own category of "Epic" for our sessions!  This was a new venture for Pembroke College and hopefully on the success of this masterclass, there will be more to follow.  Of the subjects we covered, the first was the medieval period and the second was the First World War.  The students were all suitably impressed and if they weren’t sure about taking history before, they certainly are now.
